Corey Patterson, OF, Baltimore Orioles
Patterson had six SBs over the past 15 days while hitting .322 with seven runs, one HR, and seven RBIs. On the year he’s hitting .280 with 16 SBs, 26 Runs, four HRs, and 13 RBIs. Patterson is owned in 10.6 percent of ESPN and 18 percent of CBS leagues.
Andres Torres, OF, San Francisco Giants
Torres also had six SBs in the past 16 days while hitting .240 with 10 runs, one HR, and four RBIs. On the year he’s hitting .276 with 17 SBs, 41 runs, four HRs, and 24 RBIs. Torres is owned in 10.4 percent of ESPN and 29 percent of CBS leagues.
Coco Crisp, OF, Oakland A’s
Crisp had five SBs on the year (14 games) while hitting .292 with 13 runs, two HRs, and 11 RBIs. Crisp is owned in 21.3 percent of ESPN and 26 percent of CBS leagues.
Jose Tabata, OF, Pittsburgh Pirates
Tabata had six SBs in 24 games while hitting .235 with 11 runs, one HR, and six RBIs. He’s owned in 0.9 percent of ESPN and 22 percent of CBS leagues.
Tony Gwynn, OF, San Diego Padres
Gwynn had three SBs in the past 15 days while hitting .196 with five runs and two RBIs. On the year he’s hitting .223 with 13 SBs, 22 runs, two HRs, and 16 RBIs. Only use him if you’re desperate. He is owned in 0.6 percent of ESPN and 4 percent of CBS leagues.
Fred Lewis, OF, Toronto Blue Jays
