There are two things that get Texas Rangers star Prince Fielder a big ovation from his teammates and fans: his power and spectacular bloopers.

The latter just happened to earn him his latest big cheer.

In the bottom of the first inning of Tuesday’s game against the Los Angeles Dodgers, Rangers first baseman Mitch Moreland lined a base hit to left field. Fielder, with two outs, was off at the crack of the bat.

Surprisingly, there was not a play at the plate—but that’s because Fielder never made it there.

The 275-pound Fielder went down hard right after he made the turn around third, causing the game to remain scoreless. Fortunately for Texas, the slugger was able to get back to third safely.

The tumble did not ultimately hurt the Rangers. Fielder went on to score when the next batter, Joey Gallo, walked to force in a run.
