Here are some reasonably available players to assist you in the Strikeouts category.

Realize that some of these will come with high ERAs and WHIPs because if a pitcher has low numbers in those categories and a good K total, he’s already spoken for.

 

Ian Kennedy, Arizona Diamondbacks

Kennedy had 21 strikeouts (9.9 K/9 ratio) over the past 15 days while going 2-0 with a 2.84 ERA and a 1.21 WHIP. On the year he’s 9-9 with 145 Ks (7.9 K/9), a 4.20 ERA, and a 1.25 WHIP. Ian is owned in 57 percent of CBS and 12 percent of ESPN leagues.

 

Joe Blanton, Philadelphia Phillies
