Former Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher was at spring training with the Los Angeles Angels in Arizona on Friday, shagging fly balls and even hitting some balls during batting practice before the team’s game against the Chicago Cubs.

Fox Sports provided a video on their Facebook page.

According to Alden Gonzalez from MLB.com, Urlacher had this to say about attending practice with the Angels:

I hit the ball more than I missed, which was good. I wanted to take one out, but I think I got to the warning track one time. It’s amazing how much those bats vibrate — I guess if you’re hitting the ball on the wrong spot of the bat, it’s going to happen. But it was awesome, man. It was so cool to be out there.
